Abstract
This study aimed to determine the level of management application from the perspective of electronic leadership in Saudi universities to reveal the level of digital stress among leaders in Saudi institutions and to identify the nature and direction of the correlation between electronic management and digital stress in leadership in Saudi Arabia. To achieve these objectives, the correlation approach was used, a sample of (334) leaders was selected, an e-management questionnaire was used, and the digital stress scale was prepared. The study revealed that the level of e-management application from the perspective of leadership was moderate and that the level of digital stress among leaders in Saudi universities was (sometimes) at all dimensions. The findings also indicated that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the overall degree of digital stress and electronic management among leaders in Saudi universities, at a level of less than 0.01. We also found a statistically significant direct relationship between all dimensions of digital stress and electronic management.
